Participants will engage in realistic, immersive high pressure environments that mirror the complexity and pace of acute surgical practice within a modern Trust.\u003cbr\u003eThrough these immersive simulations, candidates will not only refine a broad range of technical and procedural skills but also gain deeper insight into the critical role of Human Factors, including teamwork, communication, situational awareness, decision making, and patient safety. Each scenario is intentionally challenging and designed to surface the nuanced interactions between clinical performance and human behaviour, enabling participants to recognise and manage real world pressures more effectively.\u003cbr\u003eThe programme is closely aligned to the Core Surgical Training Curriculum and specifically supports the development of Capabilities in Practice (CiPs) within a surgical context.
